We are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of accounting experience to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Exton, PA.
The Staff Accountant will collaborate with the accounting team, performing various accounting duties across multiple subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities include commission calculations, payroll processing, billing, and other special projects as needed.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
*Type:* Hybrid 3 days in 2 days out
*Pay:* $60,000 - $75,000
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Commissions Calculation:* Calculate weekly commissions, address exceptions, and liaise with employees regarding commission-related matters.
* *Billing:* Process weekly billings in various customer billing systems and maintain professional customer communication to ensure timely payment.
* *Payroll:* Process weekly payroll, following established procedures to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
* *Data Entry:* Perform timecard data entry into the time and attendance application, ensuring the accurate recording of time and the use of appropriate pay codes.
*Qualifications:*
* 1-2 years of accounting experience.
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Effective team player.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Accounting degree.
* Experience with accounting software (e.
