We are looking for referrals for individuals who meet the following:
-making less than $25k/year (different income thresholds apply for married individuals or those with dependents)
-between 18 and 64 years old
-not currently covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare, or Veterans benefits
Some ideal referrals would be tattoo artists, bartenders, ride share drivers, servers, barbers/stylists, and anyone else making income primarily from tips and/or working in the gig economy.
There is no mandatory schedule or cap on your earning potential; some of our referral partners are making >$75k/yr.
