Easterseals (a non-profit organization) Camp Lily is an innovative and exciting camp located on Mount Penn, Reading, PA.
Camp Lily Berks campers participate in diverse activities from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday for 6weeks, *July 3* *- August 11*.
There is no camp July 4.
We are in search of exceptional men and women to work and serve on this year's summer staff.
Camp Counselors will assist the Camp Director in implementing the curriculum, and supervise campers aged 8 and up to make sure they learn, have fun and most importantly stay safe.
The job duties of a Camp Counselor include planning summer camp games, educating children and teenagers and being prepared to address behavioral issues.
Being reliable and able to build good relationships with individuals with disabilities are two essential traits of a Camp Lily Counselor.

* 2 years working in either a classroom or camp setting, preferred
* Driver's License
* Desire to work with children and young adults with disabilities and other special needs
* High school diploma, some college preferred.

Distance as much as possible.
Encourage smart after work practices.
Although the policy has not yet been finalized, it is highly likely that counselors will be required to have completed both doses of the COVID19 vaccine at least 6 weeks before work begins.
