- West Pottsgrove Elementary School: 25 Grosstown Rd, Stowe, PA 19464
- Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School: 1329 Buchert Rd, Pottstown, PA 19464
- Ringing Rocks Elementary School: 1401 Kauffman Rd, Pottstown, PA 19464

What Qualifications You’ll Need:
• Proof of an achieved degree from an accredited college or university in education or human services related field as defined by the appropriate state licensing agency.
• 2 plus years (2500 Hours) childcare experience
What You’ll Do:
• Be a role model by making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
• Cultivate a sensitive, patient early learning environment for both children and families.
• Plan and implement dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered.
• Provide effective and timely communication of each child’s progress to families.
• Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
• Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment.
• Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
