*Responsibilities:*
As a STEM instructor, you'll:
* _Lead exciting hands-on experiments and activities _for elementary aged students.
* _Foster a creative and supportive space_ for students to explore and learn.
* _Ensure the safety and well-being _of all participants.
*Qualifications / Requirements:*
* *Enthusiasm *for _working with children_ and _cultivating a love for STEM_.
* *Strong communication skills *to convey complex concepts in an approachable manner.
* *Availability during after-school hours* for club sessions.
* *Previous experience working with children or teaching* (in or outside of a school setting).
* *Up-to-date clearances/background checks* _(or willingness to obtain them)_.
* Ability to *reliably commute to the club *location and transport lesson supplies.
* Must be able to arrive at the school 20-minutes prior to start time and stay through clean-up/last child is picked up.

*We have several clubs scheduled to run throughout Pennsylvania, NJ, and Delaware.

* This club will be scheduled to run at *Cumru Elementary *on *Thursdays from 3:25pm - 4:25pm; * Shillington, PA.
* *Pay rate is $60 per class taugh*t.
This is a flat-rate, _*independent contractor position*_.
_\*Compensation rate includes reviewing the lesson, prepping supplies, instructing and after class clean up time.
