We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
As part of a fast-paced, dynamic Information Technology team, you will support various areas of the business by helping to deliver quality IT solutions working closing with Business and Development teams.

Responsibilities Work with the technical team members to deliver features and new systems Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality Collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to perform User Acceptance Testing Work with project managers and development team to identify, track and resolve defects Assess the functionality, performance of applications and their interactivity based on the acceptance criteria of systems and features Identify cross-system data needs and validate integrity across systems for the proper end-to-end UAT environments Perform a series of positive and negative test cases to identify issues proactively Participate in post-launch validations in production environments Qualifications Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases Strong knowledge of tooling to report defects and document test plans Experience with load testing tools Experience with python or other programming language, a plus Detailed individual who is able to work independently and within the group Experience with retail systems, a plus Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits At Boscov’s, we value our employees, and that’s why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
