Condition- about 15-20 years old, good condition, very light scratches that are not noticeable unless pointed out.

Table: 60”x40”, 29” high, two leafs, each 20” long; table goes from 60” to 100” long; 6 chairs (2 arm chairs and 4 regular chairs), chairs padding/cushions replaced about two years ago.
Server: has slide out top to expose surface for hot items; two drawers, three doors; has four small recessed caster wheels for easy moving on smooth surfaces; size: 38” x 19” x 32” high.
China cabinet, two pieces (top/bottom).
Bottom has three drawers, four doors, size: 60” x 40” x 32” high.
Top has glass doors and sides, two adjustable glass shelves, one shelf has corner chipped, does not prevent from use, both shelves have a groove cut into them to stand plates up for display, three overhead lights.
Furniture is very heavy, requires at least two very strong people or three to move.
You will be responsible for lifting/moving the furniture.
Table legs are removable.
All furniture is on first floor, just two steps into the garage or one out the front door.
