*What is the role we are searching for?* *DMV Title Specialist-Chester Springs, PA:* Responsible for the day-to-day processing of title and registrations applications and paperwork.
Interact with CarShop associates and customers in a manner consistent with CarShop values and culture and address any and all concerns related to titles and registration.
Maintain a current status of all titles and registrations and maintain and clean the schedule of sales tax due to various states.
*What will you do?* * Secure marketable titles for all company owned inventory.
Address all inter-agency and interstate issues which may arise.
* Handle all communications and concerns related to titles and registrations whether internal or external customer.
* Maintain current understanding of rules and compliance with all state requirements which affect our business.
* Submit eligible, non-auction acquired, and vehicle information to the controller for floor planning.
* Maintain and clean the schedule of sales tax due to the various states.
* Responsible for CSI as it relates to job responsibilities.
*What skills do you bring?* * Experience in acquiring, managing and disbursing titles and registrations in accordance with the objectives in the annual plan.
* Previous experience in handling state rejections and other title and registration problems in accordance with the objectives in the annual plan.
* Exemplifies high ethical standard and integrity.
