We are expanding our services and currently seeking a dedicated Light Duty Roadside Service Technician to join our team.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide roadside assistance services, including battery service, tire changes, vehicle lockouts, and fuel delivery.
* Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, conduct safety assessments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including conducting vehicle and equipment checks to ensure readiness and safety.
* Assist in other areas of the business as needed, providing a flexible and team-oriented approach to service delivery.
*Requirements:*
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Physical ability to perform roadside assistance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Previous experience in roadside assistance or automotive repair is preferred, but not required.
* Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, in various weather conditions.
