THE POSITION

Do not miss this incredible opportunity, join our team! DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will receive assignments through maintenance work orders and special instructions by immediate supervisors and facility operations managers.
You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance, repair, renovation, and construction of the hospital building, property, and its equipment, including both general maintenance duties as well as preventative measures.
Other tasks you may be responsible for include but are not limited to the following: Cleaning filters and replacing seals and gaskets Making minor repairs to vehicles, tractors and lawn mowers Adjusting building systems using welders, drills, power saws, wrenches, and related mechanical tools and equipment Performing plumbing and heating tasks such as installing and maintaining steam lines, valves, toilets, sinks, and showers Performing electrical tasks such as installing electrical circuits, receptacles, switches, and lighting fixtures Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime may be required as needed, subject to emergency call-in Free parking! Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
