Job Description: In this role, the desired candidate will express the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate and retrieve important information to update records.
The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail and great organizational skills.
Works well with customers and team members.
This position will be 1p-9:30p & 3p-11:30p Job Requirements: - Successfully complete company provided Locate training program and pass all required testing if applicable.
- Ability to use company provided equipment and technology to accurately capture data upon locate ticket creation - Track responses via email and input data into company database.
- Ability to read maps, compare source data and work orders to determine locate needed.
- Use company issued computer to receive, document and email.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
- Ability to communicate / interact daily with managers and crews, to discuss locate issues.
- Interpret job order tickets for accurate location and maintain accuracy of requests.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Experience in Data Entry/clerk/ receptionist/call center -Proficient typing skills -Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets -Proven attention to detail -Proven communication skills -Flexibility - Other duties as assigned
