Motorcycle Service/ Parts Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service and departments - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train, coach, and mentor service department staff - Monitor and evaluate employee performance - Develop and implement strategies to increase service department efficiency and productivity Skills: - Strong knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and management abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
