*Summary*:
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager with a minimum of 1 year of prior Retail Service Management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retails Sales, etc).

Jiffy Lube is offering a great career opportunity for a hands-on problem solver with the ability to exceed sales expectations, deliver world class customer service, and motivate and mentor employees in a fast-paced environment.
Must have prior experience with implementing Operations to generate additional retail sales in order to achieve desired company targets.
Extensive knowledge and successful achievement of KPI's required (Key Performance Indicators).
*Responsibilities:*
* Opening and closing the store
* Making inventory orders
* Receiving inventory items
* Recording all inventory activities on the store POS
* Hiring & Coaching employees
* Supervise lube center and if applicable repair center
* Perform lube services along with your technicians
* Address customer needs and concerns
* Store maintenance through staff and vendors
* Manage cash and credit card activities
* Labor Management including scheduling, and controlling labor costs
* Training on the job as well as promote timely completion of Jiffy Lube University training modules
* Promote adherence to company policies and procedures
* Manage and enforce Environmental, Health & Safety (EG & S) compliance
*Requirements:*
* One year of retail management experience
* Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
* Willingness to undergo on the job training
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking to achieve desired outcome
* Be able to lift over 50 pounds
* Be able to bend, stoop, reach and crawl
* Can stand for extended period of times and climb stairs
* Able to lift over 50 pounds occasionally
* Able to withstand long periods of standing
* Able to work in temperatures in excess of 100 degrees
