*Responsibilities:*
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
*\* Preferred Experience:*
- 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator using Lathe's VMC, HMC, and or Swiss equipment.
- Proficiency in operating Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma controlled CNC machine
-Knowledge of code types, including, but not limited to: C/M code, Macro Variable, Conversational, etc.
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
