_*PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER*_
*Crossroads Beverage Group* in Reading, PA, has openings for Production Shift Manager either DAY or NIGHT Shift.

Production Shift Managers must be committed to the values of honesty, transparency, integrity, accountability and be safety and quality minded to ensure excellent customer service.
Shift Managers must have excellent communication, leadership, knowledge of manufacturing safety and prior relevant experience.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Lead and mentor the work performance of all production personnel.
* Ensure quality and consistency of product, improve efficiencies and control/reduce waste and costs.
* Maintain records of production numbers, down time, attendance, overtime safety and quality checks.
* Able to interpret production schedule, communicate and adjust as priorities change.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Monitor and coordinate raw material quantities needed throughout shift with production team.
* Complete reports when necessary for Holds, Damages, Safety and employee matters.
* Develop your team - Lead them to success by realizing talents and coaching, training and leading them to succeed.
As a Shift Manager you demonstrate your commitment to the team as a role model, committed work ethic, and care for the success of each person and the team as a whole.
*REQUIREMENTS*:
* Day shift - 515am - 6:00/6:30pm - following a 2-2-3 rotational schedule which includes every other weekend
* Night Shift - 5:15 pm – 6:00/6:30 am - following a 2-2-3 rotational schedule which includes every other weekend
* Knowledge and experience in prior manufacturing roles including leading others and building trust
* Strong analytical thinking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English require, bilingual is a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
* Unrestricted ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, climb, and twist throughout shift
* Unrestricted ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced warehouse (not climate-controlled)
* Ability to complete required documentation
* Ability to maintain a SAFE and AUDIT ready work environment
* Prior experience in manufacturing industry at a supervisory level is required
* Food & Beverage industry experience a plus
* Must have computer proficiency in Microsoft office
* HS Diploma, or GED/2+years college or relevant experience preferred
