Contractor Positions Available:

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
* Extensive experience in carpentry, including framing, tile work, and sheetrock installation.
* Expertise in kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
2.
Multi-disciplinary Contractors:
* A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are prerequisites.
* Proficiency in handling various tools and equipment necessary for the job.
* Capability to read and understand architectural blueprints.
* Proven experience in concrete work, including forming and pouring.
* Proficiency in siding installation techniques.
* Expertise in roofing installation and repair.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in the relevant field is essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
