Be a part of a team that helps build and move NFL Football stadiums and other Precast Concrete Buildings such as Police and Fire departments We are actively seeking Material Handlers to join our 3 a.
m.
and 4 p.
m.
Material Handling teams.
Material Handlers- Drivers are responsible for assisting in performing duties to ensure the proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage.
Also, to ensure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto trailers for shipments to job sites.
Ideal candidates will be able to work on our 3:00 am or 4 pm teams Positions start at $23 or higher based on experience - Over time starts after 8 hours worked.
In addition, you will receive a shift differential of $3.
00 per hour for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: The ability to work outdoors is necessary- this role requires drivers to get in and out of the truck regularly throughout the day.
Will be required to chain down or strap down loads prior to being moved.
Operates specialized machinery such as Mi-Jack Cranes, Mixer Trucks, Peterbilt Flatbed tractor-trailers, or other heavy equipment.
Calculates load capacity, determining the weight of items to be moved in relation to the maximum capacity of the crane based on manufacturer specifications.
Inspects clearances, overhead lines, and other possible obstructions to ensure there are no accidents or damage to employees, buildings, loads, or equipment.
Inspects and assesses ground conditions to ensure that the crane can be set up safely.
Inspects cranes for defects and wear prior to operation; performs necessary repairs or maintenance.
Complies with all applicable federal, state, and company safety laws, guidelines, and best practices.
Maintains logs and records of operation activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
A valid driver’s license is required.
