*Day-to-day responsibilities would include: * * Apply caulking and waterproofing materials to joints, seams, and cracks on building exteriors and interiors.
* Identify areas that require caulking and sealing based on inspection and project requirements.
* Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to prepare surfaces and apply caulking materials effectively.
* Work with various materials, such as silicone, polyurethane, and epoxy, to suit different applications.
* Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper sealing during building projects.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards to protect yourself and fellow workers.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
* Complete assigned projects within established timelines and quality standards.
*Requirements: * * Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
* Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
