*About Us:* Cedarville Engineering Group (CEG) is civil and environmental design-build firm focused on horizontal infrastructure projects for public sector clients.
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable *Civil Engineer/Project Manager* to join our team and lead the design and management of complex civil engineering projects.
*Responsibilities:*
* Projects involve the design and development of civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
* Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
* Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and assessments to determine project viability.
* Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
* Perform hydraulic and structural analyses as necessary for the design and evaluation of infrastructure projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental professionals, construction teams, and surveyors.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
* Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Engage with clients to understand their project needs and provide technical solutions.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management.
* In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
* Proficiency in engineering software and design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.
).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering civil engineering projects.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.
