*Service Foreman*
Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking an experienced RV Service Foreman to join our team.
*Summary:*
The Service Foreman is essential to the success of our service department.
As a Service Foreman with Optimum RV you will be responsible for dispatching orders to the appropriate technicians, making sure the work gets done efficiently and opening & communicating with the service advisors.
As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the technicians' work.
*Responsibilities:*
* Directly oversee and support technicians.
* Assist Service Manager in training personnel.
* Carry out established policies and procedures.
* Perform quality assurance activities as directed through quality assurance inspections, random quality checks and training technicians in quality assurance.
* Assist Service Manager in resolving customer complaints and general customer relations.
* Assist Technicians with mechanical diagnosis and performance.
* Schedule, assign, and supervise work with the objective of maximizing the balance of quality, productivity, and profit.
* Supervise maintenance of tools and shop equipment.
* Maintain clean and safe shop
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
* Mon-Sat, Sun Off and one additional weekday
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Required to perform work inside and outside, in all-weather situations, at the shop division location.
* Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
* 5+ years Shop Foreman experience
* Master Certified preferred
* Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
* Experience working in a heavy-duty truck dealership or independent shop environment is a requirement.
* Extensive knowledge of how service shop operation

* Excellent verbal and communication skills
* Candidate must be a motivated individual who can work independently.
