Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trial Chemical Mill Operator (CMO) to play a crucial role in our small-scale production trials.
This hands-on role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting chemical milling processes to validate new product formulations and process parameters before full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Execution: Safely operate and maintain chemical milling equipment according to established SOPs and safety protocols
Trial Setup & Optimization: Prepare equipment and materials for trials, adjust process parameters as needed, and collect accurate process data
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality issues
Documentation & Analysis: Maintain detailed records of trial runs, analyze data, and contribute to process improvement recommendations
Collaboration: Work closely with process engineers, R&D, and production teams to ensure smooth handoff of successful trials to full-scale manufacturing
