Production Leader

Duties: - Possess interpersonal and communication skills and abilities to encourage efficient assembly processes, cooperative teamwork and a safe work environment.
-Conduct and document regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedule -Meet efficiency standards established for the responsibilities assigned -Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability of materials for production -Train and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support as needed -Troubleshoot equipment issues Set-up machines and coordinate maintenance activities as necessary -Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste -Review component changes, and compare drawings to BOM Experience: - Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment - Strong knowledge of production processes, including MRP, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles - Familiarity with plant management systems and software - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation and maintenance - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience in supply chain management is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Paid time off and holidays Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively If you are an experienced Production Lead looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment, we would love to hear from you.
