Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment in the Plant and Distribution Center.
Job Classifications: Non-Exempt *Supervisory Responsibilities:* * None Duties/Responsibilities: * Prioritize breakdowns, repairs, and requests.
* Exhibit strong design skills for projects.
* Read dimensional drawings and fabricate parts from the drawings.
* Utilize PLC experience to aid machine diagnosing.
* Experience with control systems.
* Have AC electrical knowledge.
* Advanced understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot and efficiently repair mechanical issues.
* Ability to use shop equipment such as lathes, mills, drill press, etc.
* Equipment installation and support.
* Other reporting and duties as assigned.

* Should have a basic understanding of AC & DC electrical systems.
* Should have troubleshooting experience.
* Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice.
* Must be comfortable working alone and in a team environment.
* Must have an excellent attendance record.
* Must be able to work any shift.
* Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Must be capable of following all safety rules.
* Written and oral communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must be quality conscious.
* Must be capable of lifting 50#.
* Must be consistently at work and on time.
* Organized and detail oriented.
* Must follow the environmental program and all safety rules.
* Accountability for performance.
*Education and Experience:* · Additional training and some experience in the Manufacturing Maintenance Field * High school diploma or GED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
