Responsibilities:
Responsible for the repair, maintenance, installation, design, ordering, logistics, administration and documentation for healthcare standards of low voltage devices and large complex systems operations.
Ensures compliance with all applicable standards and code references, including Department of Health (DOH), Joint Commission, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and manufacture recommendations.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics; strong mechanical aptitude; Ability to troubleshoot to circuit board level; Ability to function in a high pace dynamic work environment.
Ability to manage and provide observation of vendors and contractors.
Accountable for select industry disciplines including the following: Fire Alarm System Engineering, Fire Suppression System Engineering, Card Access Engineering, CCTV Engineering, Automatic Door Engineering, Sound System Engineering, TV Engineering, Nurse Call Engineering, Parking Lot Gate Engineering, IP Camera Engineering, Audio & Video Intercom Engineering and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Engineering.
