Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and dump trucks
- Perform various tasks including digging, building, and moving materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and dump trucks
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Knowledge of proper equipment operation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
