As a Machine Operator, you will help produce high quality products and perform quality inspections to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers.
You will set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Run, monitor, and troubleshoot Extrusion lines and machines
· Perform data entry of production data (downtime, scrap, tickets)
· Use hand tools to cut and drill holes into boards and plastics
· Use measuring devices to measure various components
· Sample products and deliver to quality labs
· Move raw material and pallets to specified storage areas (will train and certified)
· Comply with and maintain ISO/Safety/cGMP policies/procedures for the area (complete cleaning checklist throughout shift)

YOU MUST HAVE
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Computer experience entering data
· Ability to work a 3rd shift with a rotating schedule
WE VALUE
· 1 year of manufacturing experience
· Forklift experience
· Extrusion experience
· Computer experience (Proficient SAP transactions, Optivision)
