*Come Join Our Family!* Our Pioneer Crossing Division, located in Birdsboro, PA is currently searching for a Heavy Equipment Operator due to growth! *What You Will Do:* * Safely operate the facilities Bulldozer and any other equipment as needed * Enforce all safety procedures at all times * Assist with Direct Drop Off procedures and customers as needed * Maintain landscaping onsite including, but not limited to, mowing, weed-whacking, mulching * Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor * Ensure onsite roads and the surrounding area are kept litter free *You Have:* * A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors * The ability to work every other Saturday (required) and overtime * Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks *We Offer:* * Competitive Salary * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * 401K with Company match * Eligible for a Monthly Compliance Bonus * A fun, family environment * and much more!!
