org or Nationwide Marketing Group LinkedIn Job Location: Open to US Remote Candidates Job Summary: The Administrative Services CI Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the day-to-day supportive services of Azione Unlimited and HTSN by assisting with clerical and administrative processes in the department.
This job involves tasks such as organizing meetings and travel arrangements, responding to inquiries, and implementing office procedures and systems.
The Administrative Services Manager is a strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
Discretion is significant in this position due to frequently exposure to confidential information in the performance of their duties.
Job Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it Monitoring office supplies and ordering new supplies as required Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Participates as needed in special department projects.
Administrative support workers are often the point of contact for customers, clients, or external companies, so they deal with phone calls and any correspondence that comes into the business, from emails, letters, faxes and memos.
A key part of this role is organizing meetings and conferences, arranging travel, and managing and coordinating schedules with senior staff members to ensure that there are no clashes with appointments.
Administrative support employees keep a note of any company expenses and submit or reconcile expense reports on a regular basis.
Job Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related subject Five to seven years’ office management experience preferred Working knowledge of office processes Job Competencies: Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness Excellent consulting, client management and business literacy skills with demonstrated understanding of corporate and business unit challenges Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities Exceptional oral and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of standard business applications such as Microsoft Office and ADP HCMS experience; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies Work Environment: Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas.
While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment.
Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise.
This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.
