Building Services Technician, 2nd shift Exton, PA (USA) (Onsite) Sunday – Thursday – 2nd shift - 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM As a Building Services Technician, you will contribute in maintaining all aspects of a clean, secure and a safe work environment throughout the DSM Biomedical Exton site with specific attention assuring that DSM Biomedical products and Facilities are of consistent and high quality.

Responsibilities: Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for entire facility Duties will include but not be limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, window glass cleaning and floor care / resurfacing.
Operate and maintain equipment such as, auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines and vacuums.
Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of all CEA manufacturing spaces assuring compliance with environmental controls required to maintain all Controlled Environment Areas used in the production processes.

You bring: HS diploma required or equivalent.
One to three years’ experience in a similar position required.
Medical device manufacturing preferred.
GMP knowledge desired The responsibility to work in a safe and responsible manner in order to create an injury-free and accident-free workplace.
Behavior in line with the SHE and Security risks and agreed controls, including being compliant to DSM and DSM Biomedical requirements, rules, and procedures Ability to operate various equipment and hand tools in assigned areas with limited supervision.
