EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
In this seasonal position, you will be in charge of carrying out regular maintenance and construction tasks at Tuscarora and Locust Lake State Park.
You will assist in repairing buildings and facilities by safely using various tools from carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other building trades.
Additionally, you will support skilled workers in sewage and water treatment operations, run wells, and add chlorine as instructed.
You will also be responsible for conducting routine checks at the sewage treatment plant and assisting with sewage and water line repairs.
Furthermore, you will operate and maintain vehicles and equipment used in the park, build simple cement forms, and perform ground maintenance tasks such as mowing, cutting weeds, and cleaning paved areas.

5 hours per weekWork hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch This is a 24/7 operation, may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
