As a **Sr.
Operator I **supporting **Manufacturing, **you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery/equipment in the Cutting Instrument Finishing Department at Sinking Spring, PA.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Perform a variety of repetitive, manual assembly operations to exacting standards.
Complete the batch records and associated documentation
Operate manufacturing equipment that may require performing visual and dimensional inspection of product, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining consumable tooling in equipment
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maximize quality and efficiency
Work in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment.
Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards.
Tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to improve program quality, cost, and scheduling
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Work hours: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift (8 & 10 Hour Schedules)

Previous experience as a Machine Operator
