Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales and Marketing Executive Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips is a third-generation family business looking for a senior level sales and marketing executive to drive our growth.
We have 2 state-of-the-art production plants with on-site manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment.

This Executive role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Responsibilities may include: Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
Leading and managing the sales and marketing teams.
Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Analyzing market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
Overseeing advertising and promotional activities.
Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Continuously evaluating and improving sales and marketing processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
15 plus years of sales experience with a proven track record of growth.
5 plus years of CPG marketing experience.
Must have experience in the CPG Salty Snack industry.
Experience in both Branded and Private label sales.
Must have experience in strategically managing trade spend.
Leadership and strong communication skills, and analytical skills are essential for success.
