*Metropolitan Companies* is looking for a *Construction Quality Manager *to join our team! The Construction Quality Manager will act as an owner's representative and liaison between Metropolitan Companies and the general contractor to ensure all contract obligations are met.

*Responsibilities:*
* Act as liaison between ownership and general contractor.
* Ensure general contractor adheres to contractual obligations.
* Perform quality control inspections and manage documentation.
* Oversee the development and execution of corrective action plans to address identified non-conformities and ensure timely resolution.
* Review project costs, monitor schedules, and manage punch lists.
* Identify potential issues in delivering a quality end product.
* Communicate design goals with architect as well as explain drawings to ownership.
* Other duties as specified by management.
*Competencies:*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
* Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel required.
* 2-3 years previous experience in project management, supervision on sites.
* Property management or multifamily construction experience a plus.
